Our Story

A grill, a clay oven, and no shortcuts.

Hashmi Barbeque started with one idea: cook the way it was cooked at home. Whole spring chicken lowered into the clay oven, skewers turned by hand over coals, breads slapped onto the wall of the tandoor. Nothing is held under a lamp — every order is fired when you place it.
